STAT continuously monitors new legislations, movements and/or regulations to ensure our practices are in adherence to applicable Federal and State laws. We are committed to ensuring team members have the highest level of knowledge and competence as specialists in their area through our Educational Program. The Educational Program consists of a thorough initial training, re-training, educational modules and sessions provided throughout the year. Quality Assurance (QA) processes give opportunity to identify areas of improvement that may have occurred during processing, leading to the creation of additional safeguards, immediate counseling and educational sessions. Continuous Quality Assurance offers benefits throughout the workflow to help ensure we produce the most accurate work.
STAT has implemented a well-defined Breach Notification Process in accordance to HIPAA illustrating STAT’s commitment to transparency, providing our Business Partners with notice of all unauthorized use and/or disclosure of PHI, should they occur.
